Valery is the author of numerous papers on UFOlogy and exoterica published
in the Russian and foreign press, and an initiator of and participant in
a number of expeditions to India and Egypt in search of material evidence
of ancient knowledge. He is a regular participant in international UFOlogical
conferences, and gives lectures and seminars in Russia, the UK, USA, Germany
and Scandanavia.
Through the
National Security Academy of Russia, Valery is in charge of the Russian

My comment:
Valery Uvarov has nothing
to do with «Dr». With three years of study Uvarov can speak
only about «unfinished higher education», as we call it in
Russian.
Why only three years?
Was he expelled from the institute? Did he give up his studies himself?
I don’t know. |

My comment:
The «National
Security Academy of Russia» is the personal invention of Uvarov.
In the Charter (first page)
there is nothing about the department of UFO research, palaeosciences and
palaeotechnology ! I am not sure that this Charter is registered. But if
it is registered, it is in a very small town Vsevolojsk where everything
is possible. |

press, is a very good joke. In Russia, we know nothing about his expeditions
to India and Egypt.
